Did you know?  There are 3 main types of tea – Black tea, Green tea, and Oolong tea.

She gives Black tea an overall health rating of B grade and a weight loss rating of C+.

She gives Green tea an overall health rating of an A grade because it has a high oxidant level which one doctor says increases your daily fat burning rate by 43%.

But Oolong tea is the best. It has been shown to burn 220% more fat that Green tea.
